The short answer is "yes"...The long answer depends on what the server is doing and may be an indication of a problem with the agent. Most cases this logging informaiton can be deleted as it holds historical client messages related the backup agent. However, these messages are also used for diagnostics so do use your best judgment in deleting this file or not....
