Few things to Note :
* this script query’s to registry (marked in Blue)of the patch so you need add the Registry key to which it need to query( you can get that details in the download site
*You need to Very particular about the location,Best Classification would be Like this
**location : D drive
**Patch Location : Better if you can save it with MS article number
ex : MS06-017
so the location classification can be \\Server\d$\Ms06-017 this can locate your patches easily

Typically, account lockout's occur when you enter in a bad username/password combination that Active Directory is not expecting or enter in the incorrect information X number of times within the given threshold used for Active Directory. However, there are other instances where you may locked out. The most common situations encountered here are noted below for reference:
- Changing the password as directed or as needed and not letting the background replication via Active Directory to complete
- Using one's credentials for a service account and not updating the same when one changes their password
- Leaving their sessions logged in at the console or in a remote session and not logging them out in a timely fashion before, during or after a password change
For anyone experiencing issues, you may submit a ticket into RNT for assistance and assigning it directly to the appropriate contact. However, most problem's with account lockouts end up falling into the previously named categories above and can be resolved by ensuring one does not fall into any of the aforementioned categories.
