Error : cannot start Microsoft office outlook. cannot open the outlook windows

Environment : Citrix on Roaming/local profile

causes : caused due to the Improper logoff the citrix while using roaming profile movement

Resolution :

# force logoff the user from the citrix##

** delete the apps data folder on the profile

** recreate the roaming profile ( rename the roaming profile name )
