VMware Converter - Cannot See Local Disks on Source Machine

VMware Converter Standalone 4.3, ESXi 4.1, vCenter 4.1.
The source machines are HP servers installed with Windows.
Converter does not see any local disks.
The source disks window is empty.
Solution
1. Make sure the local administrator is used for the account connecting to the source machine.
2. If enabled, disable UAC (User Account Control) on Converter and the source machine.
