To toggle the firewall settings from the command line you can perform the following:
Command Line for Windows 2008 Servers
Enable Firewall Profiles for all network adapters:
netsh advfirewall set allprofiles state onDisable Firewall Profiles for all network adapters:
netsh advfirewall set allprofiles state off
