How to add the administrator to Citrix farm
9:05 PM- Login to Domain Controller and Create a User Accounts
- Login to XenApp Server
- Open Delivery Services Console
- Expand the XenApp>appcloud farm in the Delivery Services Console, and right click Administrators
- Click Add Administrator then Click Add
- Click Add List of names and type domain/Username
- Click CheckNames and Click OK, if the name was validated Successfully.
- Click OK to close the Add List of Names window and then click OK to finish selecting this user
- Click Next to Continue to the Privileges window
- Select Full Administration and Click Finish
Assigning Full Administrative Privileges

- Open Delivery Services Console, Expand Xenapp Farm
- Right Click Administrators, Click Add Administrator then Click Add
- Click Add List of Names and type domain\Username
- Click CheckNames and Click Ok, if the name was validated successfully
- Click OK to close the Add List of Names window and click OK to finish selecting this user
- Click Next to continue to the Privileges Window
- Select Custom and Click Next
- Assign the Following Privileges
- Click Applications and
Select View Published Applications and Content
View Session management, Reset Sessions, Send Messages,and Logoff Users - Click Finish to complete the wizard
- Login to Citrix XenApp Server using CTXAdmin account
- Expand the Farm and check the privileges
- Login to XenApp Server using the CTX User Account
- Exapnd the Farm and Check the privileges
